项目故事
A fast-growing technology company asked us to turn two raw floors into a headquarters that feels calm, quiet and quietly premium. We zoned the floor plate around daylight: collaboration along the windows, focus work in the core, wrapped in single-glazed partitions that keep the space open.
Twelve focus booths absorb the calls that would otherwise travel, and every workstation was pre-wired for a hybrid-first meeting culture. From site survey to final handover: 9 weeks.
The result is a workplace the team shows off to candidates — and a floor plate that can be re-zoned in a weekend when the org chart changes.
